October Meeting: Battle of the Saisons!

This month, the meeting will be at Stephen’s house on 9 October, 2007. We will be judging a Belgian Saison, and sampling several different homebrewed examples. Curt will be bringing one he created this year, and one from last year. Stephen has one he created using some yeast from Curt’s Saison this year (Wyeast), and a White Labs Saison yeast. Curt will also bring a commercial example, so we will be all Saisoned out by the end of the tasting! We will also do a podcast discussing the Belgian Saison Style of beer. Hope to see everyone there!
