The Auburn Brew Club invites you to Learn to Brew on Sunday, May 25, beginning at Noon. Four batches of beer will be brewed, utilizing the all-grain method. You’ll be able to observe and discuss the processes of mashing, sparging, boiling, hopping, chilling and pitching yeast.

Congratulations to Stephen on winning another ribbon in a MidSouth Series competition. The 2008 BrewMasters Open (Atlanta) results were recently posted.

One of the good things about the recent Montgomery Advertiser article on homebrewing was that it caught the attention of a local business manager who had a ton of free bottles to give away.
