Learn to Brew Day, May 25, 2008The Auburn Brew Club invites you to Learn to Brew on Sunday, May 25, beginning at Noon. Four batches of beer will be brewed, utilizing the all-grain method. You’ll be able to observe and discuss the processes of mashing, sparging, boiling, hopping, chilling and pitching yeast.

Being brewed will be a (i) Flanders Red, (ii) Oud Bruin, (iii) Standard American Lager and (iv) Maibock.

On tap, brewed recently and ready to sample now, will be (i) English Special Bitter, (ii) French Saison, (iii) Scottish 80, (iv) Brown Porter, (v) Wheatwine and (vi) Rauchbier.
