The Auburn Brew Club is still going strong. But after 2 huge tailgate parties where we prepared and drained 12 different kegs of homemade craft beer, the Flying Monktoberfest in Huntsville where we contributed and served 9 kegs, and the October monthly meeting, we’re catching our breath.

30 years ago today, the following tax exemption was enacted (1978 P.L. 95-458). The exemption is now codified in section 2053 of Title 26 of the United States Code. Title 26 is the Internal Revenue Code.
