Forums and Listservs

The Auburn Brew Club consists of homebrewers who meet together in person to discuss and enjoy each other’s brews. If you’re not into meeting in person and are just looking for internet discussions, try one of the discussion sites listed on our links page. However, if you want to attend our events and would enjoy discussing brewing issues between meetings, feel free to join our forums, listserv or both.

Discussion Forums

Listed below is a list of recently active threads from the forums (the date is when the thread was started, not when the most recent post was made), or if you’re a registered forum user, you can click here to get a list of new posts since your last visit.

News Announcement List

The club maintains a “news” announcement list for those who haven’t yet become involved but who are interested in knowing about upcoming Auburn Brew Club events. Recipients on the “news” list are informed about major club events such as Big Brews, regular monthly meetings, “Learn to Brew” days, impromptu tastings, and more. Recipients also get the same information as the “tailgating” list recipients (described below). To join the “news” announcement list, just ask.

Tailgating Announcement List

The club also maintains a separate “tailgating” list. This list is for War Eagle fans everywhere who expect to be attending some of AU’s home games and would like to stop by to sample some good beer. This list is limited to announcements about the location of the tailgate and which locally brewed beers will be on tap for sampling each home game. To join the tailgating list, just ask.
